Venison Sales

Wild venison is naturally low in cholesterol and has a rich, slightly gamey flavour.  We have a seasonal supply of fresh venison and frozen venison available at other times.  Supplied in joints, steaks, diced stew, sausage or burgers it is a popular alternative to the more traditional meats.  We also use venison in some of our ready meals.

As with our beef sales, venison is available to collect by prior arrangement or at local monthly.

Uttoxeter: last Saturday of month - Uttoxeter farmers market
